Full Rodent Inspection in Napa

Rodent inspections are fairly easy in theory, walk around the outside, notate entry points, maybe look in the attic, maybe crawl under the house. When I first started in the industry the company I was at sort of took this approach to their inspections. Us inspectors never really took the rodent inspections seriously, we were there to primarily identify the rat/mouse droppings, maybe find a hole or two and then try to sell a service. The longer I’ve been in the industry and now having my own company, I can’t stress enough how important a good inspection is. You will control some accounts because the holes are easy to find but there will always be the complicated accounts that actually aren’t so complicated if someone with an experienced eye takes the time needed to do a really good inspection.
